Return Policy

Eligible Returns

We accept return or replacement requests in the following situations:

• The product was received damaged.
• The product is defective or leaking.
• You received a wrong product.
• A product is missing from your order.
• The product received is substantially different from the product ordered.

Reporting a Problem

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number.
• Your name and contact number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the product.
• Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label.
• An unboxing video.

We may request additional information where necessary to verify the issue.

Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair oils, cosmetics, personal-care, and beauty products are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns may also be refused where a product has been damaged, altered, contaminated, or improperly stored after delivery.

However, this restriction does not affect your rights in cases where the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly supplied.

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Myky.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Please do not send a product back without receiving return instructions from our customer-support team.

Replacement

Where appropriate, Myky may provide a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved because the product was damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrectly supplied by us, Myky will arrange or bear the applicable return shipping cost, as appropriate.

For other return requests that are not covered by this policy, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Exchange

Exchange or replacement is available only subject to product availability.

Important Note About Product Results

Myky products are intended to support hair and personal-care routines. Individual results may vary.

A customer not achieving their expected cosmetic or personal-care result does not, by itself, make a product eligible for return, provided the product supplied is genuine, undamaged, and as described.
