Should you obtain a product that is damaged or defective and would like to return it, please email us at info@myky.co.in or call our Customer Care at 9054949498 within a day of receiving the product, mentioning your Member ID and Order details. Products that the client has completely or partially lost, damaged, or mishandled are not eligible for return. Returns or refunds won't be accepted if relevant photos are supplied and a package opening video is uploaded. Once the goods have been received, examined, and approved by our Quality Check team, the exchange or refund will be processed. After the goods are received by us at the address below, it will take a minimum of 6-7 working days for the reimbursements to be processed. A confirmation regarding the status of the request made by the customer using the contact information they have provided will be delivered to them after the items have been received and approved. All products that are returned or exchanged must be unused, and in their original packaging, with all attachments and packing materials included.
