completely free. Any user found charging others to join Myky will be
immediately banned from the platform and lose access to any financial
incentives provided by Myky.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

We as a
merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or
damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for
any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder/Account Holder having exceeded
the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to
time.
ADDITIONAL
LEGAL TERMS
Luck and

time.
If any
provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law,
the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This
Agreement, your rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by this
Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to jurisdiction of
courts of Kollam, as if the Agreement was a contract wholly entered into and
wholly performed within Kollam, and any litigation related to this Agreement
shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Kollam. All rights not expressly
granted herein are reserved.

expressly agree not to use this Web Site in any manner or for any purpose that
is prohibited by these terms and conditions. In addition, you expressly agree
not to:
(1) Use the
Web Site for any purpose that is prohibited by any law or regulation, or to

PAYMENT
TERMS
These Terms
form part of Myky website terms and conditions and govern your access to and
usage of the Myky website.
a) Myky provides almost all payment options
– Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, UPI services. You may use the services
through the said modes of payment.
b) Once a payment has been made it cannot
be cancelled. We do not accept any responsibility for refusal or reversal of
payments, which shall be a matter between you and your credit card/debit card
or Wallet, UPI issuer. We have no liability for transactions which are
incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of the use of the
Service or for loss of data or information caused by factors beyond our control
c) Payments using the Service are made
through a secure third-party website. We will use all reasonable endeavors to
prevent unauthorized access to your Personal Information. However, we will not
be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss whatsoever for any
interception and/or ‘hacking’ of any data or other unauthorized access to
information provided by you for the purposes of using the Service.
d) The offline vendors of Myky agrees to
allow 1.18%, 2.95%, 5.90%, 9.44%, 14.75%, and 19.88% discount including GST to the Myky registered customers at check out which
will be the profit share for the registered customers of Myky. The said
discounted amount will be used to distribute as the profit share of Myky
customers group.
e) Qualified clients will have their profit
share sent into their bank accounts during the third week of each month. In the
event of an unanticipated delay in a transaction, events pertaining to
technical issues, malfunctions with internet banking, software issues, etc.
that are outside of Myky's purview.
f) As per the terms mentioned hereinabove Myky
agrees to distribute the profit share to Myky registered customers which is
collected as discount from the vendors. The customer pay out will be made once
in a month after deducting TDS and Admin Charge once they meet the requirement
as agreed hereinabove. The said amount which is accumulated in Myky customer
account will be transferred to his or her Bank account every month after
deducting the TDS and an Admin charge.
g) For business administration purposes,
10% of each member's monthly revenue will be subtracted; this number is subject
to change with prior notification.
h) The company provides its customers with
various income streams, such as online shopping, gas and DTH recharge bookings,
and electricity bill payments. A portion of these revenues is shared with
customers as profit, provided they purchase goods totaling INR 1,000 from both
online and offline sources. Customers must adhere to these conditions to
benefit from the profit-sharing agreement.
i) Both offline vendors and online suppliers are responsible for
paying their GST to the department. With advance notification, the monthly
repurchasing target amount may be adjusted to the members. The profit-sharing
proportion is subject to alter.
