Refund & Cancellation Policy

When a Refund May Be Issued

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received a defective or leaking product.
• You received the wrong product.
• A product was missing from your order.
• Your order was successfully cancelled before dispatch, where applicable.
• We are unable to fulfil your confirmed order.
• A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

All refund requests are subject to verification where appropriate.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number.
• Name and contact number.
• Details of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the product.
• Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label.
• Unboxing video, if available.

We may request additional information to verify the claim.

Refunds for Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair oil, cosmetic, beauty, and personal-care products are generally not eligible for a refund simply because the customer has changed their mind or is dissatisfied with the expected results.

However, this does not affect any rights available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws, including in cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Order Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel a prepaid order before it has been dispatched and the cancellation is accepted by Myky, the eligible amount will generally be refunded to the original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, our Return Policy may apply.

Refund for Unfulfilled Orders

If Myky is unable to fulfil a confirmed and paid order due to product unavailability or another reason attributable to us, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund of the amount paid.

Refund Processing

Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time taken for the refund to appear in your bank account or payment account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment gateway, or other financial institution.

Myky cannot control processing times imposed by third-party financial institutions.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, where only part of an order is eligible for a refund, Myky may issue a refund for the eligible product or amount rather than the entire order value.

Refund Request Review

All refund requests will be reviewed based on the order details, product condition, supporting information, and applicable policies and laws.

Myky reserves the right to reject fraudulent, misleading, or unsupported refund claims.

We aim to review eligible refund requests fairly and process approved refunds as promptly as reasonably possible.
